Case Study: drive organic traffic & leads

Client: PM Technologies

PMT-Hi-res

Result:

+729% increase in traffic

+1,650% increase in keyword visibility

How we did it:

PMT came to us with a critical problem: They were essentially invisible online. As a value-added reseller of Hexagon ESPRIT, NCSIMUL, and WORKNC software, their website was filled with duplicate content copied directly from their suppliers' sites. They ranked for exactly one keyword (pm technology) at position 36, and were generating virtually zero organic traffic. Their goal was to transform this into a legitimate business unit and establish PMT as a recognized brand in their industry. To achieve this transformation, we took a three-pronged approach:

Complete Content Overhaul:
Our analysis revealed that 100% of PMT's existing content was duplicated from supplier websites, resulting in zero search visibility. We completely rebuilt their site from the ground up, creating over 100 original pages of content. This wasn't just a rewrite—we developed comprehensive product descriptions, service explanations, and technical resources that positioned PMT as an expert in their field while differentiating them from the parent software companies.

Strategic Blog Content Development:
To capture valuable informational traffic, we developed a targeted blog strategy focusing on technical queries their prospects were searching for. We identified low-competition keywords with high intent and created content that would establish PMT as a thought leader. This approach helped us secure rankings like #2 for "cam history" and build topical authority in manufacturing software education.

eCommerce Platform for Training Videos:
Recognizing an opportunity to monetize educational content, we built a custom WooCommerce platform to sell self-guided training videos. This strategic move allowed us to rank for high-value terms like "ESPRIT training" (currently #3) while creating a new revenue stream. The platform is now generating over $1,000 monthly in additional revenue—proving that good SEO can directly impact the bottom line.
